Lightsquared filed a Petition on Tuesday pushing the FCC to "resolve the regulatory
status of unlicensed commercial" GPS systems. After having pledged to resolve potential interference to the GPS industry in January the company appears to be doing a 180. In this current petition they are arguing that GPS systems be afforded no protection. View the petition in its entirety here.
